The Lynchburg region has some incredible advantages—unparalleled resources and an unbeatable, hard-working and dedicated workforce. According to Virginia Labor Market Information, the Lynchburg Region is home to more than 288 manufacturers employing more than 14,834 employees. “A strong manufacturing sector means more of the lifesaving, life-changing innovation and products that define our world and the companies they lead and the customers they serve. Manufacturing is diversifying, growing output and generating impactful technologies. Manufacturing is charting new frontiers and supporting new jobs.” said Alliance CEO Megan Lucas.
