Job Description

We are looking for an in-house, Experienced Archer with sales and customer service skills to provide technical support to our customers. The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy individual with intermediate-to-expert level experience in the field of Archery. A successful candidate will not only demonstrate outstanding problem solving skills and a strong attention to detail, but also possess advanced social skills to build superior, professional customer relationships. The ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively is essential.

The job position also includes being part of an Archery Tournament Representative Team that will travel to archery tournaments across the United States that typically occur every other weekend between January and August. Past people in this position have also traveled overseas to cover international archery events. You have to be able to work on your feet all day, lift up to 50 lbs., and be able to travel per government and business stipulations. This is an exciting position that will help you see several states in the USA, while meeting and working with some of the nicest people in the world!

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer's situation and follow company guidelines to help customers find the right products and solutions.
• Answer customer questions and handle customer complaints.
• Perform outgoing sales calls to increase sales volumes.
• Record order information with organization, following set procedures.
• Maintain a clean working area.
• Showcase professionalism, trustworthiness, a positive attitude, and utilize teamwork.
• Keep track of stock levels & petty cash.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 40 per week
