Job Description

Be the Supervisor at one of the most exciting teams in archery manufacturing, assembling some of the highest quality archery and bowhunting equipment in the world! Our products have been used to win a majority of men's archery medals in the London, Rio, Tokyo, and Paris Olympics and you can find our bowhunting equipment in Bass Pro Shops, Cabela's, and the top archery stores in the world!

The Assembly Supervisor is in charge of a crew of 50+ people who are fastening screws, pressing in dowel pins, and packaging product in a work environment that values flexible scheduling.

Main Duties

• Work with Line Leaders to ensure the quality of the product that is shipped to customers worldwide.
• Set schedules with individual crew members using Microsoft Excel and ADP Employee Timecard software, and verify that they are followed.
• Maintain a safe and positive work environment.
• Team with Logistics Manager to ensure parts and fasteners are ordered and delivered in a timely manner to ensure that Assembly Technicians have the parts they need.
• Partner with the Production Manager to ensure production schedules are given to Line Leaders on time so that each assembly line has orders to build and that orders are shipped in a timely manner.

Must be organized, available between 9 AM and 6 PM, able to operate a forklift, and able to lift 40 lbs. Come grow with us!
